Background

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the D.C. Metro area shortly after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002. I have lived in Virginia since 2005 and currently reside in Culpeper with my wife and two children.

Bar Admissions

I am currently admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. as well as the U.S. Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Virginia, Maryland and D.C., the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Practice Areas

I have experience in a wide range of areas and often counsel business clients on various issues related to their business from employee and HR issues to contracts and collections. In addition, I have extensive experience handling guardianship cases for incapacitated adults in Virginia and I am qualified as a guardian ad litem in Virginia State Courts.
